Art and music in the heart of Sedgefield.
Combining the loves of it’s founders, Obi Studios is the passion project of a local tattoo artist and record enthusiast. The name was born from the obi strip found on records, as well as the tattooist’s fondness for Japanese illustration. This strip features in the centre of the logo, backed by a playful interpretation of the Seigaiha wave.
Every record on the shelves is given the shop’s signature obi strip.
